My experience of high volume / low margin and low volume / high value products in both high and low mix environments, coupled with an in depth understanding of how to apply Lean Principles and Six Sigma Techniques has enabled me to add value, deliver performance improvement, instil a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate growth in all my leadership positions.
With particular interest in strategic development of operations and quality systems; the effective application of IT solutions; and leverage of modern manufacturing techniques to realise business growth, my skills and experience enable me to guarantee the provision of world class leadership in any operational leadership role.

Ian's skills include software development, project management, and gathering user-needs.
Ian has over thirty years of experience in software development and solution architecture. He is certified as an AWS Solution Architect and a Certified Cloud Security Professional from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2). He has worked on enterprise-scale projects in both the public sector (MoJ and Cabinet Office) and for private companies, including Captia, Jaguar Land Rover Group, RM Education, and Oxford University Press. He has also worked in highly regulated industries such as finance and on national infrastructure projects.
